We specialise in the cold-working production of high-end components. We also control the entire manufacturing process of our work tools.

Varin-Étampage SA is certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), a global organization that defines and monitors ethical, social and environmental standards in the precious metals and gemstones industry. The RJC aims to ensure a responsible, transparent and traceable supply chain.
The RJC is a non-profit association that develops two frameworks:
CoP (Code of Practices): performance standards covering social responsibility, environmental management, governance and due diligence.
CoC (Chain of Custody): traceability procedures ensuring separation and documentation of certified materials at each stage of the logistics chain.
Provenance attestations are certified documents issued by CoC-certified entities to verify the origin of precious materials. They accompany each transfer of material in the supply chain, specifying the starting point (mine, producer, country or region) and intermediary steps (refinery, processing facility), ensuring lot segregation and traceability. These attestations are reviewed during third-party audits to guarantee process integrity and compliance with RJC standards.
